Items

- Silver Brooch: A silver brooch with a Latin phrase inscribed on the back. The front has a relief of an unknown woman in profile. It was given to Phi by her adoptive mother, but its true origin is more unusual.
- Near Future Smartphone: A smartphone consistent with late-2020s design and construction. It has been modified to work with Keystone Station's communication systems.
- Messenger Bag: A messenger bag intended to be worn over the shoulder. There's a pocket inside that looks like it would be a good size for a laptop computer, but she didn't have one with her when she was pulled into the fissure.
- Decision Ensemble: The clothes Phi was wearing when she was pulled into the fissure, consisting of a Team Skull tank top, long-sleeved white overshirt (commonly worn with the sleeves partially rolled up), whatever that thing around her waist is supposed to be, and black low-top semiformal boots.
- Palette Swap Ensemble: A set of clothes picked up from the box at the station. This consists of a very bright blue sleeveless longcoat, a "neon" green T-shirt, black cargo shorts, and dark gray high-top boots. (Essentially, this looks like her outfit from VLR but in different colors. And with shorts.)
- Summer Dress: A plain, sleveless, white summer dress. It's nice and cool. Obtained in the reef fissure.
- One-Use Dishware: A set of 50 paper plates, with matching plastic forks, spoons, and knives. Obtained in the reef fissure. Fortunately, the plates were plastic wrapped, so they're still usable.
- Black Leggings: Plain black leggings... and that's about it! From the city.
- Holo-Fabricator: A wrist-mounted hologram projector which can render the appearance, but not the function, of practically any outfit. Commonly found on her right wrist. From the mines.
- Jello Knife: This. Also from the mines.
- Blanket: Blue, soft, warm, but made of who knows what. All the tags were removed, if it ever had any. Also from the mines.
- Pawnbroker's Lenses: A set of small glasses. When looked through, they display the monetary value of objects (for Phi, it defaults to 2028 USD). Found in Silvereagle Manor.
- Helm of Being Incredibly Shiny: A helmet that used to have magical benefits, but all its previous enchantments have worn off except the one that keeps it polished. Found in Silvereagle Manor.
- Theme Music Footwear: Shiny red heels that play your favorite song when you walk... as long as you step to its beat. Found in Silvereagle Manor.

Powers
- SHIFT: A psychic time travel ability. Among other uses, it prevents her from losing memories as a result of any possible deaths (since her dying consciousness will just SHIFT into the new body).
- Psychic Snap: A psychic transmission ability. Transmits a short blast of "noise" which interrupts the affected person or animal's train of thought, though she needs to be able to see the target clearly.

Angular
A Porygon. Phi received this on a trip to Alola after the conclusion of the Chronos University incident, thanks to Guzma and Lusamine's professional networks.

He's not very experienced in battle, and Phi isn't experienced at working with him.
He currently knows Tackle, Psybeam, Sharpen, and Conversion2.

CHARACTER NAME: Phi
CHARACTER SERIES: Zero Escape

☄ First Impressions

♚ VISUAL:
Both thin and short, Phi stands at precisely 161.80339... cm tall. As in, the number phi meters tall. She's not physically scarred anywhere, but her hair is clearly white - which would be unusual for a 20-year-old if she didn't color it that way specifically. She's good enough at it that its real color is very difficult to see, though.
♚ FASHION:
Phi does not typically go very fancy in terms of dress, she's from Science and big fancy loops get in the way of lab equipment. This does not explain her sleeveless longcoat, flower hair ornament combo from VLR.
♚ DEMEANOUR:
Cold, but not hostile. Expect a fair amount of emotional and physical distance from her to begin with!
♚ AURAL:
Here's her self-introduction from Virtue's Last Reward in Japanese (Chiaki Omigawa) and English (Karen Strassmann). She's not likely to actually say any of this in game, though! It's pointlessly long and honestly a weird outlier.
♚ MENTAL INFORMATION: Phi has Weird Time Powers! Her consciousness is not bound to a single course of events and potential deep telepathy might reveal multiple versions of the same events or clearly contradictory ones.
♚ MAGICAL INFORMATION: Magic? In my science-fiction adventure game? I think not.

☄ OOC

♚ BACKTAGGING: Go for it!
♚ FOURTHWALLING: Let's. Let's maybe not do that.
♚ PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Mostly depends on how close she feels towards your character. Usually this means "don't try it unless she asks".
♚ PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Phi has a mean drop-kick, but it only really works as a surprise attack. As for her getting hurt... she's. she's been through worse.
♚ RELATIONSHIPS: I'm okay with this!

☄ Permissions

♚ ONLY THING: Several events in her canon involve lots of gore. PRESUMABLY this being murderversity, that is okay to discuss; if it is not PLEASE LET ME KNOW comments are screened.

Have you played in a game like this before? I have not!

CHARACTER INFO
Name: Phi
Canon: Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward
Overview: A cold young woman from the near future that's been through the whole locked in a mysterious building thing once (more than that, mentally, because morphogenetic fields) before, although with less killing-each-other in the rules. She and two other people out of the nine there escaped according to the rules only to find themselves in an unknown desert, shortly followed by herself suddenly realizing that one of her fellow escapees is a nutjob jerkass terrorist. Not raised by either of her birth parents. Interests include Latin and quantum physics.
Motivation: It beats being stuck with Dio.
Powers: She can jump really high... and that's really about it.
First-Round Death? I'd rather not.
